BASTION

Β

Helmed by acclaimed Nashville chef, Josh Habiger, Bastion is a small twenty-four seat restaurant located inside a vintage industrial space in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood. Habiger’s fine dining menu focuses on seasonal, continually changing cuisine with an emphasis on sharing.

The garden is located a few steps from the kitchen door and features an abundance of edible flowers like begonia, bee balm, borage and nasturtium and aromatic herbs like lemon verbena, cranberry hibiscus roselle and rose scented geranium.  The goal was to limit the crop selection and cultivate larger quantities of each variety.

The garden is outfitted with a custom designed drip-line irrigation system.
