Verdura has partnered with several restaurants and hotels, designing and implementing custom garden projects since 2011.

Garden projects have been installed on rooftops, in parking lots, off alleys and even indoors, utilizing the unconventional (and at times challenging) spaces found in a city setting. Verdura's past client list includes Elske, Smyth and The Loyalist, Hilton Chicago and RPM Italian.

In 2014, I was commissioned by B. Hospitality Co./Formento's and Gary Lee Partners to design and install a lush, Italian terrazza-inspired indoor "landscape" featuring both edible and floral components, sourced antiques and objet d'art, as part of a prominent display in the center of the restaurant's main dining room.
